Machining this panel from solid billet aluminum has allowed us to add some cool features. Notice there are no screws showing . The mounting screws are installed from underneath the dash into blind holes that are drilled and tapped on the back side of the panel. The visible part of the switch panel is only about half of the overall thickness, which is almost 3/8”. We did this so we could machine recessed pockets for each switch while maintaining a nice thin profile on the panel face. The recessed pockets and the absence of visible mounting screws creates the cleanest custom switch panel set up available for your Polaris RZR dash. Your stock headlight and 4WD switches can be installed into two of the pockets along side three auxiliary rocker switches, or you can re-locate your stock switches and use all five pockets for your auxiliary switch requirements. You will need to re-locate your Auxiliary power plug for this installation. Includes a stick on template for accurate drilling and cutting of the dash.
